an ad unit on a Web page that contains a promotional message and possibly a link to the advertiser’s Web site. Banner ads are GIF images and animated banner ads are Gif animation images. ( can also be Flash animation )

Cost-per-thousand (CPM)
A Web price model that is becoming the standard, it is the cost to reach a thousand persons, the M stands for Roman numeral M, which equals 1,000.
Page Views
The successful transmittal of a Web page, fully downloaded to the user's browser.

Step of Work :
1. Do some sketch... Planing want your animations step...Wording... images
2. get to Photoshop work in Layer
>>New and give size you want
3. After get all your graphic and wording go to window>> animation (if you dont't have CS3 You have to switch to image ready... at the bottom of tool box)
Select Animation Frames
4. Work with Frames, relate to the layers.
5.Set time line and test
6. Save for web >>>>select to gif
you can insert the gif file in your web design....
